Acknowledge email/ticket within 5 min to the client ➢ Ensuring SLA targets and timelines are met at all times. ➢ Owning and managing customer relationship at all times. ➢ Share end of shift reports with the NOC Manager on daily basis clearly alighting the SLA performances for the teams and individuals, challenges encountered and resource utilization. ➢ Share weekly NOC performance reports with the NOC manager with clear performance trends and action points and action points for improvement. ➢ Ensure 95% SLA performance on all tasks at all times. ➢ Ensure all customer complaints are documented and amicably resolved at the earliest time possible and call backs made to confirm customer satisfaction. ➢ Attend internal weekly project review meetings and present performance reports per team and per individual and address all issues raised by team members amicably at all times. ➢ Contact client in case of any change on arrivals or project changes ➢ Allocate engineers resources to start to start the technical engagement. ➢ Follow up after the problem is fully resolved and document and share feedback with the client. ➢ Ensure remedy is updated at all times. ➢ Update maintenance database. ➢ Team allocation to sites. ➢ Documentation of ticket closure. ➢ Overseeing all project activities. ➢ Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor. ➢ NOC duties- KOZI Connect service.
